The organisational structure is a result of the specialist activities we are involved in classified in different divisions:

Quarrying and Extraction Division

The work of opening up queries and getting them started, in Spain as well abroad, comes under the umbrella of this business unit. it is involved in the exploration and investigation of new deposits of ornamental stone, and the development and sustainable

Manufacturing Division

This business unit deal with the processing of the raw material extracted from our sites. its is defined by the application of the latest state-of-the-art diamond cutting technique and surface treatment, which, thanks to a meticulous system of project planning, is able to achieve total quality in the execution of them. Automation of these process under carefully controlled quality parameters allows us to obtain a product which is afforded a quality beyond subjectivity. The challenge of achieving this is met using more than ten processes, which in the end, allow us to obtain the highest quality in our end product.

Transport Division

The search for efficiency in the supply chain is completed by our own float of transportation which allows us to close the triangle of customer - production - supply without breaking it, and promotes a vision of the supply chain as a single unit, which harmonises the different components involved in it.

Commercial Division

This division is responsible for the management and putting into place of the best possible service to out customers. RAJARAM MARBLES PVT.LTD. has an extensive network of warehouses and commercial teams, internationally as well as nationally, putting us closer than ever to our customers.
